Loading problems
Wait for the actual game menu rather than only the player frame. Use Retry to reload a stalled player. If a provider link is available on the game page, open it directly. An unavailable player cannot be repaired by repeatedly pressing Play; choose another game instead.
Sound and controls
Click or tap inside the game before using its controls. Check the browser tab's sound setting and any in-game sound button. Fullscreen or a landscape view may make a small playfield easier to use; controls and compatibility depend on the game and device.
Game-specific support
Follow the provider link on the relevant game page for its own game information and any help or contact details it publishes. When describing a problem, include the game-page URL, device, browser and the step at which it occurred. Do not include passwords, payment details or other private information.
